“I ordered a 3x6 m pop up tent, it arrived in good time but it was damaged. I contacted Aosom and requested a return and replacement. Ella was very helpfull and sent a replacement, but requested that I dispose of the faulty one because it would pose a hazard, which I responded to by taking to my local recycle centre. The replacement looked ok but I have not tried it yet due to bad weather. All in all I am pleased with the way Aosom dealt with me. 10/10”

Secondly @ ASOM consumer has a right to return unwanted item your process to return is none existence the courier wound not take the item coz of weight and height how do I send it back !! Frankly very disappointed in myself for buying g this item”
“Absolutely love this bed and was very easy to put together. The only fault would be that the guard on the side of the bed isn’t all that sturdy and I feel in time with a little toddler climbing and moving around on it it’s going to weaken even more. But other than that really happy with the bed.”

As I'm of a very senior age I did have difficulty getting the legs into the clip,however with the force of myself and my granddaughter we managed it.Its unlikely we will be able to fold it,hence why I have given 4*.”
“Bed was a reasonable price and quality, not too difficult to put together on my own. Great for grandaughter and occasional guests in the spare room.
Only downside is when Aosom use Evri to deliver, its always late and is a bit off-putting.”
“Easy to put together however the last thing to put on in the instructions is the canopy. Then realise you have to take the top part off again for the canopy to fit on!. Unfortunately the right arm arrived damaged but not enough

“Very basic chair easy enough to put together material feels like it will start cracking or peeling in a few months but time will tell ..shame the tilt function isn't the kind you would expect as in the back dosnt tilt back it's just the base”
