With less than one seasons use of Outsunny hammock a swing arm rotted and broke. After ringing twice it appears it is absolutely impossible to purchase any parts, without an order number! I gave model number 84A-054 and part required E1, but still a resounding NO. I have no hesitation in saying I have wasted my money, so dont you!
