“Built as the instructions all windows screwed in as directed wow first day a bit windy a side panel blew out.
Repaired it put some stronger plastic window in its place, three weeks later a strong wind and another panel on the roof has blown out.
I no longer have any faith in this product and will re assemble and replace all the flimsy plastic panels that they provide.
A complete waste of money

“Nothing but trouble 1st screw holes was all off had to create my own. Secondly the bed support came away from the weld. currently awaiting replacement box which said 5 working days its now near to 10 days and the courier still hasn't received it. Awaiting another reply from. Yourselves”
“Didn’t fit my cube outdoor furniture that I bought from aosom. Also you refund process sucks. Tried to offer me £4 not to return and when I refused, made returning extremely difficult. Sad because I like some of your products. Thank goodness I didn’t spend thousands buying a pergola from you. It’d have been a nightmare.”
“Nothing fitted on it properly had buy new bolts ones supplied not long enough canopy didn’t fit had take out centre bolts to enable canopy go on. Just hope it holds as now holes don’t line up this was absolute nightmare to get out together.Dont believe there is any quality control on this product.”
“Initial received Outsunny 3x4m Aluminium Pergola with Retractable roof appeared to be a returned item due to state of packaging and numerous scratches in paint work. But the major issue was 3x A upright posts and 1x B post instead of 2 of each. Aosom initially offered a partial refund which i refused. They then sent another complete pergola which also had scratches on 1 section and a big dent in 1 upright post. I was able to take the best items out of each package to erect 1 good pergola.”
“This is the most uncomfortable bed settee you could ever buy, as a settee it's bad as a bed it's bad, wish I never bought it. Like laying on paving slabs.”
“Do not use!!! Tried to return some furniture 12 boxes of shelving and said you have to organise and pay for it yourself. Now paying for it is one thing but to expect a consumer to organise pick up of that many boxes is insane. Do not buy from them unless you're willing to take the risk. Cant even get that many boxes in the car to return in person to their warehouse. Bit ridiculous they offer zero help to consumers even if the consumer is paying for it in 2026. Terrible policies and practice.”
“I am very disappointed in the returns policy and would not recommend this company to anyone else ! I have been told to keep an item that is not comfortable or suitable but because I want to return it I am expected to pay the whole shipping costs and arrange it all myself! Very Poor !”
“Absolutely awful service from start to finish. They delivered only half of my order and offered no real help in getting the missing items sent out. I’m now stuck with a completely useless half-product and have received zero compensation for the time, money, and effort they’ve wasted. After dragging the issue out, they finally admitted the missing item had gone out of stock — yet still refused to provide any kind of replacement or solution. The lack of accountability and basic customer support is shocking. I will never order from them again.”
“Poor customer service offered £25 refund, which does not remedy the issue, but refused exchange or free return. Completely unreasonable all around. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.”
“Sorry I have had to only give 1 star whilst the greenhouse was pretty easy to construct it does Not cope well with Scottish weather. The greenhouse is now damaged beyond repair and I will have to take what is left of it to the dump.”

Then when I came to assemble sofa it had a bit torn in it.
I tried to contact the company before I put this review, but again no communication at all!”
“This mat arrives curled up and despite lying the mat flat and laying it under a rug with a heavy table on top of it for a week the mat still curled up at the ends. As this was a dangerous tripping hazard I contacted the company for a refund. I was informed I could keep the mat for a 20% discount or return the mat for a 100% refund. I had no use for a mat that was a tripping hazard so opted to return the mat. I curled the mat up and re-packaged it in the original packaging to return it. The company said I needed to pay the return costs. I argued that as the mat is defective they should pay the return costs. I was then asked to supply a photograph of the mat however the mat had now been curled up in the box for 24hrs & I didn’t want to have to go through the process of trying to flatten it out again so have unfortunately sent it back and paid the postage. I will never use this company again as I believe this mat has an obvious defect that the company must have been aware of but they are trying to avoid refunding the customer 100%.”
