“This item ,I think ,was incorrectly advertised using the word toaster. It does not have a radiant heating element capable of toasting bread. It was for this purpose I bought it. And it cost me money to return it.”
“Before purchasing I measured the area I wanted to put this fire place in. It was perfect. However, when I tried to put it in the desired space it wouldn't fit. There is like 1mm of plastic covering over the actual top, this was not included in the measurements. When I contacted customer services they refused to pay for my return and sent numerous emails which were very unhelpful. In the end I gave up and started using the electric fire. Then I was sent another email saying I could return it, which was too late now as I had opened it. This was my first and last purchase with Aosom. The electric fire works well and looks very nice.”
“very greenhouse but requires a lot of preparation beforehand and keep to the manual and go my what they say over all very nice i have siliconed the greenhouse inside and out and it feels very secure”

“Good quality item, arrived on time and easy to fit. I have but some eyelet holes at the base to allow me to fix it to the frame as these things have a habit of blowing off. It would be better to ask for a review in 12 months as we would all like to know if it can stand the test of time”
