I got intouch and in no time at all they sent me the full order again, and said to keep the other incomplete one for spare parts. Excellent company 😊”

I’m now stuck with a completely useless half-product and have received zero compensation for the time, money, and effort they’ve wasted. After dragging the issue out, they finally admitted the missing item had gone out of stock — yet still refused to provide any kind of replacement or solution. The lack of accountability and basic customer support is shocking. I will never order from them again.”
