For me personally, I've only given these sun loungers a 4 simply because the tubler mild steel they are made of could have been slightly thicker.
Where the nuts are welded to the frame,had on some not all a bit too much excess welding material.
May I also add that where the backrest and the wheels meet the frame, there were not enough plastic spacers.
Apart from the above, I'm yet to try them out when we get some decent weather.
