Really poor customer service. The company does not want to know when things go wrong. Patio set bought and delivered to NI but when there was a piece missing they were unable to deliver this. Had to pack everything up and, as if by magic, a courier can pick up but not deliver but you need to wait in all day for this. I would never use this company again as after service is atrocious.
