I ordered a 3x6 m pop up tent, it arrived in good time but it was damaged. I contacted Aosom and requested a return and replacement. Ella was very helpfull and sent a replacement, but requested that I dispose of the faulty one because it would pose a hazard, which I responded to by taking to my local recycle centre. The replacement looked ok but I have not tried it yet due to bad weather. All in all I am pleased with the way Aosom dealt with me. 10/10
