Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a scooter with a 2 year guarantee, waited months for it to arrive and when it finally did it arrived defective. It is cheaply made and I’ve had problems with it ever since. AOVOPRO’s solution is to send you parts to fix it yourself. They recently sent me a new charging port as the battery doesn’t last 10 minutes and when that wasn’t the problem they sent a new battery to the wrong address. I’ve emailed them on numerous occasions to explain that I’ve not received the battery and they are now ignoring me and that I shouldn’t have to repair the scooter myself but to no avail. So I’m stuck with an expensive defective scooter that is still within the warranty and no way to get my money back or a replacement. This a scam company and they are profiteering on the backs of hard-working people. Shame on you AOVOPRO!!
