“Not a good company. The ebike I got had a bunch of issues. From motor issues to simple things not working like the horn. Puncture resistant tires pop after a week of use on regular roads. Definitely get from somebody else not this brand”
“AVOID! I brought a scooter which was delivered 23rd April, 5 weeks later my son was riding it when it started making a weird noise then all of a sudden the frame snapped. The scooter is now no good and I am struggling to get any help to have to replaced or a refund! It was my Sons Birthday present. £200 down the drain. AVOID! Amazingly it won't let me upload the images.”

“The scooter arrived on time. I went to plug it in and the charger doesn’t work. I took it to my neighbors who has the same scooter and their charger works. I have emailed several times and have not heard a response. This is my third scooter purchased from your company and I will no longer be recommending. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company since you don’t respond. Waste of money and time!”
