24/06/2024 Scooter fork snapped.
25/06/2024 Notified Aovopro fork had snapped asked for replacement scooter.
26/06/2024 Email from Aovopro saying they will send replacement part - I accepted.
4/07/2024 Received part and I replaced. I noticed a part was missing form the original fork. (which probably caused the initial failure)
5/7/2024 Notified Aovopro - they said they did not have in stock and me to buy one online, I could find one online as what not 100% what the part is.
10th July the part arrived and I fitted.
28th July - The scooter started making a screaming noise, notified the Aovopro team they told me to send for repair. The scooter came back 15/10/2024 so 6 weeks later!
15/10/2024 - Scooter has be repaired , now the brake acts as an accelerator (which nearly put my son's life at risk!! and Eco mode is not working.
16/10/2024 - Email asking for refund - They have declined saying they will send a part and can not refund as over 30 days
The Scooter was faulty form day 1 so the initial fault was reported with this time frame.”

I contacted Aovopro and they sent a return label so i returned it for rapair.
It got lost in postage and after 2 months they told me that they would send a refurbished one and the one i received was a broken one somebody else had returned for repair it even had the drecription of what was wrong inthe packaging .I contacted Aovopro and told them what happened and they got me to return it .They have received it but now have stopped returning my emails and have cut contact

“Worst customer experience ever with this company. My scooter charger stopped functionning after a few months. I contacted their customer support and they sent a new one, till now all good. Few months after same problem, however they send me a new battery instead. I spare you the details of how it went down hills from there as they started ghosting me and not answering when the problem was the charger again. Cheap brand, poor quality and the worst ghosting customer service. Just never buy from aovo.”

I purchased the Aovopro Electric Scooter ES80 on 1/13/2024. On 4/26/2024 the METAL handle snapped completely in half while my 17yo 135-lb son was riding it going approximately 16-18 mph. It completely flipped him over causing him to ride the concrete on his face breaking his 2 front adult teeth and giving him several lacerations. He spent one day in the hospital and an entire day was spent at an emergency dentist. This $300 scooter has cost me $17,000+ already!!!!!!
I have escalated this with Amazon, left a review on AovoPro's page, contacted several Safety Recall businesses, as well as contacted the State Attorney. There are several other reviews with this same scooter breaking in the same exact spot.
I have requested a full refund from the company as well as sent them dental and medical bills. I will continue to escalate this until resolved.

“I purchased a scooter for Christmas for my daughter she didn't have 10 hours use when the accelerator broke while using it causing her to fall off. I contacted aovopro and sent me a return label I sent it and it got lost in transit it took me two months for thyen to send me a replacement and today I received a already broken one with a return label from someone else who obviously tried to return theirs I cannot recommend this company to anyone at all
