“Terrible customer service response, chat never replied to numerous requests. SBS Scooter came with screen scratches in the basket and a broken headlight. Tried emai as well to no avail. Avoid this company, tried giving them a chance despite reading other reviews, should have known better.”

“Not a good company. The ebike I got had a bunch of issues. From motor issues to simple things not working like the horn. Puncture resistant tires pop after a week of use on regular roads. Definitely get from somebody else not this brand”
“AVOID! I brought a scooter which was delivered 23rd April, 5 weeks later my son was riding it when it started making a weird noise then all of a sudden the frame snapped. The scooter is now no good and I am struggling to get any help to have to replaced or a refund! It was my Sons Birthday present. £200 down the drain. AVOID! Amazingly it won't let me upload the images.”
