I recently had an issue with my electric scooter and contacted AOVO via email. The customer service agent, Kim, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Responses were fast, clear, and professional, and they quickly found a solution to my problem.
I needed to replace both the battery and the controller, and they arranged for the replacement parts to be sent out as quickly as possible. Everything arrived as expected, and my scooter is now working perfectly again.
I am very impressed with both the quality of their customer support and their commitment to helping customers. I would definitely recommend AOVO electric scooters to anyone looking for a reliable product backed by excellent after-sales service.

“DO NOT BUY!!!!! This company will not honor their warrantee. The product is inferior and dangerous. We purchased an ES80 scooter. All was fine until the thing snapped in 2! The matal and welds failed at the based of the stem. Luckily it was going slowly at the time. They responded to email initially and said they would only provide a refurbished scooter, and I needed the original box to return the broken unit. When I questioned this they have then just ignored all my emails for several week... Customer service isn't a thing for them once they've got you're money.”

“Not a good company. The ebike I got had a bunch of issues. From motor issues to simple things not working like the horn. Puncture resistant tires pop after a week of use on regular roads. Definitely get from somebody else not this brand”
