“my 12 yr old son used his own pet sitting money to purchase the scooter which is absolutely amazing but the box came very damaged. I took pictures same-day and sent txt which unfortunately they did not receive, but after opening the box and seeing damage got a hold of them through PayPal and sent pictures of the damaged scooter as well asking for a simple exchange. this went on for about a month back-and-forth like a hamster wheel. They wanted the same pictures over and over, claiming that that could not have happened and will not allow us to send back and get a new one. 30 day money back guarantee and 2yr warranty is a joke. They do not honor it! As you can see in the pictures, we did try to glue the issue prior to contacting their customer care hoping not to return but didn’t work and I did explain that to them as well.”
