Item sent via DHL and delivery was left in an unsecured back garden at kids playhouse. When returned home item was missing. Driver signed my name fraudulently as received.
AOVOPRO have stated they require handwritten documents be sent via email and WILL NOT provide form to add digital signature. They will not tell me how to raise a complaint. And the will not refund me.
I am now out of pocket for the item. I have no item and have no help from the company.

“I was a bit sceptical first with the power of the scooter but it really takes well the hill the 20-25 degree hill was a bit challanging but i managed to climb it with around 10km/h and the 15-20 degree with a stable 25km/h (max speed was set to 31km/h also charge level was above 70%). Atfter 6km with 2 hill in -1C and in sport mode with 82kg the battery was around 64%. Also very fast shipping.”
