“Great E-scooter, Aovopro ESBSXLX Pro, 22.5 Ah with rear dual suspension (shock absorber). Simple ordering process, accurate description, fast and accurate delivery to Croatia.”
“Excellent customer service!
I recently had an issue with my electric scooter and contacted AOVO via email. The customer service agent, Kim, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Responses were fast, clear, and professional, and they quickly found a solution to my problem.
I needed to replace both the battery and the controller, and they arranged for the replacement parts to be sent out as quickly as possible. Everything arrived as expected, and my scooter is now working perfectly again.
I am very impressed with both the quality of their customer support and their commitment to helping customers. I would definitely recommend AOVO electric scooters to anyone looking for a reliable product backed by excellent after-sales service.
Thank you, Kim, and the AOVO team! Highly satisfied with the experience.”
“Superb customer service - ordered some new disc pads and just over 10 days later they were delivered from China to UK.
Well packaged with tracking updates - really impressed with AOVOPRO - Lovely to be able to get spares when so many companies don’t offer any spare parts or even bother replying to questions. 100% Recommended.”
