We purchased the scooter a year ago and i would say as a first scooter its good and easy to use. However, the rear break light has now come off, the breaks stick and it rattles a lot. We emailed the customer care 2 months ago and got no reply. Try to call them and no one ever answers the telephone. We are looking to upgrade and purchase a 2 scooters with suspension and i would not be purchasing another scooter with this company based on the customer service which is appalling and non existing
