Bought two, based on the recommendations of friends. The buying process was simple and kept me uptodate with news of dispatch and delivery. Delivery was super quick. Both came virtually fully charged and just four screws to finalise the build (handlebars), with the necessary tool provided. After a week, both kids are thrilled and scooters are fab.
