The customer service is appalling, I sent off my faulty scooter to be repaired in May, I still have not got it back. I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting an update since June they have deliberately ignored me. I have had my faulty scooter for less than 1 year. I have asked for a refund and they have said it is older than 30 days, if I knew this I would never have bought it from this company. Also I believe the reviews are fake. Let's see when you have a problem.
