I bought the scooter back in April. I used it for 30 minutes one day. It was fun. The next time I went to take it out it would not work. I checked all connections and nothing seemed wrong. I contacted aovopro. It was suggested that maybe the battery was broken. I was asked if they sent me a new battery would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This happened but the scooter still was not working. It was suggested that maybe the starter was not working. If they sent me the part would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This I did. Scooter still not working. it was suggested that maybe the motor was not working. A motor was sent to me and I changed it. Scooter still not working. I asked for a replacement scooter. I was told that it was more than 30 days and that I would need to send them the scooter for them to fix it. Seeing as I had reported the problem within 30 days of purchase I thought I should receive a new scooter. After many communications backwards and forwards I asked them to send me a postage label so that I could return the scooter. I have asked them five times for this and I still have not received it. We are now in August. I still don’t have a working scooter. Very disappointed Very bad customer service.
