I bought an Aovopro ES80 on Amazon, loved it, although the tires could be better. The problem is the charger quit working after about 4 months. So I decided I would just get a new charger. I had a very hard time trying to find one then I googled aovopro.com finally I found the charger I wanted, but they were out of stock. As I was looking customer service popped up asking if they could help. I selected "parts replacement" and the first question they asked me is if I bought the scooter from them or another place. I said another place and they said sorry they cannot help me. What kind of services is that? I guess they don't sell anything to anyone unless originally bought something from them. I don't understand. What kind of business would not want to sell something to you just because you didn't originally buy from them. I bought their product, what difference does it make where I bought it from. Just hope I can find a charger soon. I miss my scooter
