Very bad customer experience, as my scooter faced a E7 error ( motor issue) in 3 months of purchase, as I have mailing the customer service for months and i have not receive the motor. the customer support assistant have delayed saying that they are in holidays and motors are not available in stock, which is very disappointing and i am not able to use scooter. the warrant is not helping me.
