Brought a new scooter and with in a few weeks the screen wasnt reacting with the button i spoke to olivia on email and said they will send a new one out which i still haven’t received the only to tirn scooter off was to charge it now its not even charging or turning on i am not happy with this as with a month or two this should not be happening especially when buying a brand new one from the website
