The scooter arrived on time. I went to plug it in and the charger doesn’t work. I took it to my neighbors who has the same scooter and their charger works. I have emailed several times and have not heard a response. This is my third scooter purchased from your company and I will no longer be recommending. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company since you don’t respond. Waste of money and time!
