Rarely answer the phone.....and customer service is very poor. I have a fair distance to travel to attend the store so like to call to confirm stock on hand before doing so. I finally got through on the phone and the shop attendant answering phone refused to get up and confirm that the bow was still available on the shelf (it was on shelf a few days prior)......he actually argued that their website was up to date and that I need to check it instead. So I instead phoned Abbey who advised they had the same bow in store and I purchased a VXR31.5 from them.
