Unfortunately, the string wax was randomly placed within the box containing the 3D target. There was no packaging surrounding the wax in which to protect it for transportation. As a result, upon opening the box, the wax container was squashed and the lid missing (later found rolling around inside the box). Fortunately, I was able to salvage the string wax container and lid; however, appropriate packaging to prevent damage would have been appreciated. Otherwise, I received the item in a timely manner.
