With respect to the arrows - I’ve been using the Carbon Heritage 600 spine for about 6 years and I’m just buying another two dozen to replenish my supply as they seem to be very popular and not always in stock. I find them to be a very economical and practically durable arrow for 3D and Field shoots - doesn’t hurt so much when you lose a few in the bush!
