I purchased as a beginner archer and the information available on site was very well placed and selected. Despite a minor setback of an item missing from the kit I purchased, Shane contacted me the day after it shipped to put his hand up about the oversight and advised to contact ASAP upon my order’s arrival if the item was actually missing. Errors occur with every business, but the openness and top grade communication meant I couldn’t ask for more. I’ll only purchase from these guys from now on!
