Order arrived post being a back ordered item. Unfortunately, although being back ordered there was no indication provided of when the item would be back in stock. I phoned after a month to follow up and was told the order had arrived some time earlier but had not been dispatched. Dispatch at this point was quick and the ordered item has since arrived. Thanks.
