To be honest a bit disappointed in the service. I ordered arrows nearly 4 months ago as a present for someone. They finally arrived this week wayyyy after the birthday date. I did not receive any information about delays or backorders at the time of ordering and had to email twice to follow up. This came on the back of some disappointment in making a phone inquiry and order of a bow and arrow set, only to receive an email a day later saying that same bow set was now on sale.
