I am a first time customer of Apex Hunting and thought there would be a little bit better communication and information supplied. I didn’t hear anything about the order I placed except the initial reply when you place the order. Two to three weeks later I got a call to let me know my order was in. I know nothing about bows, the right arrows you should be using or even how to put a string on. It was a bit like pulling teeth to get any information even after I said I am new to this and asked if I have the right arrows. A perfect opportunity lost for add on sales!
