You guys were great. I’m a beginner so don’t really know the jargon well. Charlie (sorry of I misspelt ) was great. I probably asked some dumb questions but he was really patient and took the time to explain it all. Great young man and a wonderful reflection of your customer service. Outstanding, I will be back.
