They did a great job in getting my birth certificate! My case was unique since I am not a SA citizen and I also changed my name. They constantly followed up with the governmental office for me, and I was able to get my birth certificate. In addition, on the first birth certificate there were a couple of errors but they were able to get those fixed very quickly! Shipment was very quick.
