“We applied for an unabridged birth certificate to use in a citizenship application. Apostil provided us with a handwritten certificate with an Alberton home affairs stamp. This certificate was not accepted by Home Affairs in Cape Town who suggested it may be fraudulent A manager at Apostil acknowledged that she knew it could not be used for the purposes we originally requested but still insisted on charging us an admin fee. To their credit they refunded the rest but an admin fee charge of circa R3400 to provide a certificate which they knew could not be used for our purposes is not on I will never use them again”

“First time having to use a service like this now that I'm overseas. Got my police clearance processed and shipped to Ireland, and I genuinely couldn't have gotten a smoother experience.
