“I contacted Apostile.co.za after the SA authorities failed to produce my wife's birth certificate after 2 requests. They didn't even reply to either. Zerelda was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, being such a corrupt country, you can expect the authorities to deliberately get your information wrong so they can charge you extra. An example - I filled in the form, that you have to complete, correctly but whoever transcribed the form filled it in wrong. Not my mistake right? Right, but they still charged ME to make the changes, even though it was their fault. Disgraceful. However, as much as I might be angry with having to pay twice, anger doesn't solve the issue and you just have to suck it up. Zerelda sorted it and I received the Apostilled document a few weeks later.”

“My second time using them. Their service is good. Despite some mistakes made by the entity from which they were requesting documents, they managed to sort it out. Documents were received much later due to this, but everything in order. Will use them again.”

“Good service over all. I got the birth cert nice a quick and very happy with that. The apostile service though was a bit slower than expected but given the time of year it could be expected. I was still expecting to get the completed documents before then end of January considering I had started the service in early November. The documents arrived in February 9 which nearly defeated the purpose of the whole service since the documents had to be within 90days of age for my purposes otherwise they would not be accepted. Thankfully the documents arrived last minute and they were willing to process the document within one day instead of the normal 5. In my case though the service was good but it was complicated by things beyond my control and the control of the service. I would recommend the service but make sure you give yourself enough time for the documents to be processed and arrive.”
