I contacted Apostile.co.za after the SA authorities failed to produce my wife's birth certificate after 2 requests. They didn't even reply to either. Zerelda was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, being such a corrupt country, you can expect the authorities to deliberately get your information wrong so they can charge you extra. An example - I filled in the form, that you have to complete, correctly but whoever transcribed the form filled it in wrong. Not my mistake right? Right, but they still charged ME to make the changes, even though it was their fault. Disgraceful. However, as much as I might be angry with having to pay twice, anger doesn't solve the issue and you just have to suck it up. Zerelda sorted it and I received the Apostilled document a few weeks later.
