Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what was promised. One of my biggest concerns is that they chose a non-reputable courier company to deliver my important legal documents. As a result, the documents arrived damaged, which is completely unacceptable for something as sensitive and official as apostilled papers. Given the premium fees charged, I expected a higher level of care and accountability—not only in handling my documents but also in selecting a reliable and professional courier partner. I strongly urge Apostil.co.za to reassess their logistics choices and improve their quality control. I will not be using their services again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
