“The whole process was very good until 1 of the 3 documents was not couriered with the other 2 resulting in an unnecessary delay in confirming my flight ticket.”

“Zerelda was very helpful, attentive and communicative. My documents took longer than the estimated time-period, although the delay was a result of DIRCO closing their offices temporarily, not attributable to apostil's service. If I had to get documents apostilled again, I would use apostil. I think more frequent updates on the status of my documents would have been helpful.”

“We have used apostil.co.za before when the service was effective and efficient. On this occasion, the initial contact and communication were speedy but clarifications were requested, the responses were confusing and we were later advised that these responses were incorrect. Also on this occasion, the final delivery process was smooth and swift but the duration of the process was treble the period estimated at the time of quotation. It is perfectly understood that this was due to no fault of apostil.co.za (the performance of South African Government Departments seems to be steadily deteriorating). However, our concerns would have been alleviated if apostil.co.za had simply provided a mid-term update to advise that DIRCO's performance/process had deteriorated. We also expect that the apostil.co.za workload must be very high and this time drop one star. We are happy with the service and will be using apostil.co.za again.”

“Although I had a long wait on my documentation, on the whole, Apostil were very efficient and professional in their service. “Cherese was the utmost professional. She handled my inquiry from start to finish. My ask was unique so I don't fault them for not being ready for it. I'm a foreign national and I needed to get an apostilled document of the Divorce Act in South Africa. Once I was able to provide the document, they were quick in getting it apostilled and sent to my doorstep via international courier. The entire process took 10 days. It's a 4 out of 5 because they spelled my name wrong (which is a nay-nay in the legal world). Thankfully, this was not on the apostilled document.”

“Requested unabridged certificates delivered all correct faster than the stated time. The communication was a bit poor and pricing given up front didn't include VAT which was then added at invoicing stage, which I why the service wasn't rated 5 stars.”
