We have used apostil.co.za before when the service was effective and efficient. On this occasion, the initial contact and communication were speedy but clarifications were requested, the responses were confusing and we were later advised that these responses were incorrect. Also on this occasion, the final delivery process was smooth and swift but the duration of the process was treble the period estimated at the time of quotation. It is perfectly understood that this was due to no fault of apostil.co.za (the performance of South African Government Departments seems to be steadily deteriorating). However, our concerns would have been alleviated if apostil.co.za had simply provided a mid-term update to advise that DIRCO's performance/process had deteriorated. We also expect that the apostil.co.za workload must be very high and this time drop one star. We are happy with the service and will be using apostil.co.za again.
