“Cherese was the utmost professional. She handled my inquiry from start to finish. My ask was unique so I don't fault them for not being ready for it. I'm a foreign national and I needed to get an apostilled document of the Divorce Act in South Africa. Once I was able to provide the document, they were quick in getting it apostilled and sent to my doorstep via international courier. The entire process took 10 days. It's a 4 out of 5 because they spelled my name wrong (which is a nay-nay in the legal world). Thankfully, this was not on the apostilled document.”

“Requested unabridged certificates delivered all correct faster than the stated time. The communication was a bit poor and pricing given up front didn't include VAT which was then added at invoicing stage, which I why the service wasn't rated 5 stars.”

“We applied for a document at Home Affairs through Apostil and although it was late according to their time promise, it was clear the issues were at Home Affairs and not with them. So while I cannot give 5 stars, the service and feedback was very good and we are happy we waited a little extra. We are so happy to have our document and we know how horrible flying to SA would have been. Thank you for your advice, efficiency and patience!”
