“Bad service for me . Been in touch since December 1, 2025 but up to now I have not received my documents though I paid for a higher service. The worst part is I was given a DHL tracking number on 19 December 2025 but when I track, it shows it never reached DHL facilities but it has only been registered. The worst part again, is that the Apostile offices closed on 19 December 2025 until 7 January 2026. Where will I get answers of the status of my documents which are needed urgently before January 7?”

We're sorry you feel your experience was bad, however your dates do not tell the story. - In order to start on your instruction, we require payment, which we finally received in full on the 11th of December. - We completed the services and sent off your documents on the 19th of December, a phenomenal achievement given that it is December and many government offices are closing. - Your package was received on the 24th of December, as per DHL's delivery, way before your deadline of 7 January. - Apostil.co.za is not closed and still responding to emails and phone calls throughout (except for public holidays). We're not sure how this deserves only one star and hope you will amend your review in due course. Other than that, we wish you all the best going forward.

“I had to get my marriage certificate apostilled and also translated to Turkish to be able to join my husband who got an unexpected job in Turkey. I had no idea how to go about this. I asked a couple of places in Pretoria and eventually found Apostil.co.za who seemed to know what I needed and how to go about it. They are very, very efficient. I would definitely recommend them. My delivery was just just on time. One has to accept there are outside influences that can take extra time.”

“Zerelda Swart helped me getting my transcript authenticated for my use in Taiwan. It roughly 8~10 weeks for it to get authenticated and reached me. He also gave me an electronic copy upon my request”
