“Outstanding service! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I needed assistance with updating my marital status at Home Affairs, and the entire process was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They saved me the time and frustration of having to visit Home Affairs, stand in long queues, and deal with the delays often associated with the process. “Superb and speedy experience. Received feedback within 24 hours of inquiry. Received quotation within 24 of submission of application form. And within 6 weeks I received my Unabridged Birth certificate. It a good decision to pay for the convenience than the stress of going through Embassy services.”

“The service was efficient and fast, and I got the results I wanted. But the communication was not so good. I had to chase them for updates on the process and they kept asking for documents or info that I had already sent them. Also, I asked them to please send the document in a box that the courier service offers for a bit extra, and told them I would pay more if necessary, but they didn't listen. Luckily this document arrived in better conditions than a previous one, that was all crumpled and damaged.”
