“Disappointed with Service and Courier Choice I used Apostil.co.za hoping for a smooth and professional experience, especially since I paid the full amount for their premium services. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what was promised. One of my biggest concerns is that they chose a non-reputable courier company to deliver my important legal documents. As a result, the documents arrived damaged, which is completely unacceptable for something as sensitive and official as apostilled papers. Given the premium fees charged, I expected a higher level of care and accountability—not only in handling my documents but also in selecting a reliable and professional courier partner. I strongly urge Apostil.co.za to reassess their logistics choices and improve their quality control. I will not be using their services again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.”

Hi Perry Your review is noted, but we cannot understand how you give us only one star. Your documentation was handled within time frames and everything was fine, until you received the (fully useable) documents in a somewhat crumpled envelope. We add in hard cardboard into the envelopes and we DO use a very reputable company for local courier (The Courier Guy), which we have used for years without many mishaps. We've spoken to you on the phone to try and resolve the issue, which appears to be that you feel the documentation cannot be used. This is not true, and if it bothers you, simply flattening the documents in a book overnight will suffice. We understand that applications are stressful. We'd love to hear from you once you've had your documentation/application approved. We wish you all the best going forward.
