Lad called Conor stood and helped me for 3 hours with my watch and tried multiple different things to ensure the update was sorted and I wouldn’t have to end up buying a new one, assisted by Jon and both were absolutely lovely and made 3 hours not seem quite as long as it was! Props to both of them honestly
