Purchased a TV online but it was on the cusp of a new model being introduced. Appliance Giant contacted me, offered me a few options and then provided new model at the same cost as the old. They kept me informed and updated over the weeks it took until the new model was able to be delivered. Great service from Sam, and really enjoying our new TV.
