I have had a very bad experience with Appliance Planet. I have numerous emails promising items will be delivered and they never come in. When I call and complain about the many (More than 7) missed deliver dates some guy who says he is a manager was rude to me and suggested I call home depot? I asked to speak to his boss and he said he did not have one...but later, after more rudeness he told me to call back and ask for Victor. I will do that...but just wanted to warn people. I can handle a mistake or two, but at this point I am out $6,000 with virtually nothing to show for it.
