This company avoids customer service by selling through Walmart Market place and having a 30-day return policy, which is ridiculous for an appliance. We bought a Frigidaire dehumidifier that leaked after 3 months. Walmart Customer service lied or us, saying we could return it to Walmart. When we brought it in, they refused. When buying on Walmart Market place, it’s not clear that it’s not Walmart, nor that there is only 30 days to return the product. Be careful! Never again.
