Do not order from Appliance Direct.
Only after 5 months, my aircon unit has broken. There is a mechanical part that has come loose and it is releasing toxic gases into my room. They won't take responsibility of the issue and will not help. They are blaming it on the hose angel which is perfectly fine. Very disappointed in the company. I spoke to an advisor who had no compassion and told me it was my own fault and i need to get it locally repaired. Terrible customer service.
