“I RANG TECHNICAL SUPPORT AS OUR FRIDGE/FREEZER WAS NOT COOLING. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY UNHELPFUL AND REFERRED ME TO TRUST A TRADER .COM. SPOKE TO SEVERAL COMPANIES WHO WANTED £95 TO LOOK BUT SAID AS THE ELITRIQ FRIDGE WAS DISCONTINUED THERE WERE NO PARTS. ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. I SEEKED ADVICE FROM YOU TUBE WHO TOLD ME TO DEFROST THE FREEZER , FRIDGE IS NOW WORKING! WHAT A JOKE THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS AT APPLIANCES DIRECT”

“Woeful experience!!! Ordered a replacement dishwasher for a rental property we have. First Delivery date, no show. Second delivery date, no show. Third delivery date, machine delivered and installed. Tested......faulty!!! Installation team left it in situ and tenant told to get in contact with HO only to be told can only speak to account holder, me. This is despite the fact I went to great lengths in initially explaining that this was a rental property and was agreed that the communication would be with the tenant with my authority. All documentation showed tenant name and contact number. Tenant now taking more time off for replacement machine proposed for delivery in five days time!!! Reason for going with Appliance Direct was price and generally good reviews. With this experience, wont be ordering from them again.”

“Dont get involved with this company for anything!! Purchased a refurbished washing macine on line and paid for it together with delivery costs. There were several models advertised at different prices. We picked a Hoover. Couple of hours later I received an email from Appliance Direct stating that my order had been cancelled. I was amazed so telephoned them to find out what was going on. After being given the run around and speaking to FOUR different staff at 13 pence per minute, it was confirmed that there had been a mistake in the pricing. Strangeley enough they were all removed!! As I say stay away. I await to see if I get a refund. Dreafull company.”

“Iam only wrighting this because appliance direct want me to tell you about my experience, I ordered a bosh cooker on saterday, paid 29 pounds, for next day delivery it came on Tuesday, I wasn't expecting the delivery to be on Sunday, but at least Monday, some people say thay have ordered on Sunday and there item came on Monday, the cooker is fine, but saterday to Tuesday ant next day delivery, and it cost me Twenty Nine quid extra.”

“I ordered a retro fridge freezer. It is Appliance directs own brand. I'm delighted with it. The gentleman who called me about my order was a delight to speak with and told me how AD are a family company and they are proud of their own brand products. I was given a delivery date. I was kept informed and the drivers contacted me on the day with a revised earlier delivery slot. Everything went according to plan. I have no problems with the fridge freezer and I would recommend and buy from them again. Thank you!”

“I order a cooker hood that was a very good price. It was delayed but I think that Covid 19 might have had something to do with that. But Appliance Direct kept me informed. It was an easy process to order. would certainly use them again.”
