I RANG TECHNICAL SUPPORT AS OUR FRIDGE/FREEZER WAS NOT COOLING. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY UNHELPFUL AND REFERRED ME TO TRUST A TRADER .COM. SPOKE TO SEVERAL COMPANIES WHO WANTED £95 TO LOOK BUT SAID AS THE ELITRIQ FRIDGE WAS DISCONTINUED THERE WERE NO PARTS. ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. I SEEKED ADVICE FROM YOU TUBE WHO TOLD ME TO DEFROST THE FREEZER , FRIDGE IS NOW WORKING! WHAT A JOKE THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS AT APPLIANCES DIRECT

Woeful experience!!! Ordered a replacement dishwasher for a rental property we have. First Delivery date, no show. Second delivery date, no show. Third delivery date, machine delivered and installed. Tested......faulty!!! Installation team left it in situ and tenant told to get in contact with HO only to be told can only speak to account holder, me. This is despite the fact I went to great lengths in initially explaining that this was a rental property and was agreed that the communication would be with the tenant with my authority. All documentation showed tenant name and contact number. Tenant now taking more time off for replacement machine proposed for delivery in five days time!!! Reason for going with Appliance Direct was price and generally good reviews. With this experience, wont be ordering from them again.

Dont get involved with this company for anything!! Purchased a refurbished washing macine on line and paid for it together with delivery costs. There were several models advertised at different prices. We picked a Hoover. Couple of hours later I received an email from Appliance Direct stating that my order had been cancelled. I was amazed so telephoned them to find out what was going on. After being given the run around and speaking to FOUR different staff at 13 pence per minute, it was confirmed that there had been a mistake in the pricing. Strangeley enough they were all removed!! As I say stay away. I await to see if I get a refund. Dreafull company.

Appalling service - order placed 8th Oct - delivery promised by 19th. Shunted between delivery company who says don’t have order - and this awful company who completely disregard all pleas for help - during lockdown left without a fridge freezer - disgraceful.

Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. First of all, my order was delayed for 5 days. Later on, I received wrong model, not the one I ordered. After 3 weeks of calls and mails they agreed that this is not what I order and offered me a disscount... Been tired of all that situation so agreed on that. What happened next? My freezer was not working from the very beginning! Support team does not care and always answers after 2 days. Couple times got answer "I can see you called helpline so your problem is solved." Well, no. They dont respect customer rights, as they send you to call manufacturer by yourself while it's their duty by law as seller. Dont buy from them, bunch of liers and scammers.

Poor from start to finish. Paid additional price for Saturday delivery and item never arrived, a wasted Saturday. Refunded only 3/4 of the delivery charge. When item the BBQ was unpacked several defects were identified, the item was clearly a second. Steer clear of this company.

Not only a bad experience, A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, took delivery of an AmberGlo wall mounted flame effect electric fire, mounted it on the wall, fine. Now this was advertised as a "silent flame effect", WRONG!!! with no other noise in the room, there is a constant whirring, like a train in the distance, ok for 5 minutes but continuously, drives you nuts. The fan is meant to work when the temperature drops below the pre-set temperature of the room, ours will only turn on when the temperature is pre-set to 30c, honestly who'd want a heater going at that temperature? Phoned customer service, held on for 20 mins, cut off. Phoned sales, held on for over 30 mins, gave up. DO NOT BUY THEIR RUBBISH PRODUCTS, ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY, THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED, BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

They stole over 200 quid by not refunding payment for faulty product. Obviously they trade under many names and will rip you off.

Very poor services. They do not accept returns from customers if customer did not like the product, they expect the customer to pay and arrange for the delivery. It is difficult to arrange the deliver for large items

We ordered wrong I've. They were going to deliver the right one but would not pick up the wrong one. We had to arrange our own courier and the company who they recommended didn't pick it up. So that cost me a further £12 admin fee to cancel that. IV now had a very large mobile bill which was £45 more due to the calls to appliance direct to get the problem resolved because it's an 08 number and they put u in Queues waiting to speak to someone which was over 15 mins each time to get the matter resolved. Dreadful customer service!!!
