i keep seeing you advertise that you are available via online chat bot or email but nowhere offers the email address, only a phone number charging 13p per min. Whilst in contact with you, can you confirm whether you offer spare parts for an Electriq dehumidifier? if not, please advise who does? Many thanks in advance

On the check out page where I was paying for my tumble dryer an advert popped up asking if I had chosen my free gift and reminded me to do so. There were 6 choices and some had free delivery. The one I chose was the 3 bottles of wine as it was free delivery and although I don't drink I thought I could give it to my family. No more was mentioned about this as I paid and I am not that bothered. BUT the following day I had an email from Appliances Direct thanking me for my order and another under it from a wine company saying I had chosen the free wine so I needed to pay £7 95 pp. Are Appliances Direct aware of this ad that has crept on to their page. I won't be paying as I didn't want it in the first place. And...... when I first came on the website I was given a code to use 20EXTRA however when I tried to use it at checkout I was told ot had expired [ 10 minutes later?]

Date: 22/01/2026 Invoice No: 125617736 Account No: A3462222 just ordered a dishwasher, being delivered today, could i ask why I've been charged a delivery fee of 34.95, when on your site, nearly every other dishwasher comes with free delivery? even the cheaper ones of the same brand, so why am i being charged, when i could have got free delivery from other sites with same product?
