“Staff were helpful, informative and not biased towards any particular model. The delivery guys were careful and tidy, finding us quickly thanks to good local knowledge. Appliance registration was painfully slow on the phone, with hindsight I would register online.”

“Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. First of all, my order was delayed for 5 days. Later on, I received wrong model, not the one I ordered. After 3 weeks of calls and mails they agreed that this is not what I order and offered me a disscount... Been tired of all that situation so agreed on that. What happened next? My freezer was not working from the very beginning! Support team does not care and always answers after 2 days. Couple times got answer "I can see you called helpline so your problem is solved." Well, no. They dont respect customer rights, as they send you to call manufacturer by yourself while it's their duty by law as seller. Dont buy from them, bunch of liers and scammers.”

“Best price on appliances and very easy to order. Delivery was on time with information at every stage. Delivery guys were very pleasant, rang when they were 20 mins away. I haven’t had the need to return or speak to customer services so I can only say I would use again without hesitation regarding order and delivery. I definitely recommend.”

“I used this company for the first time to buy a dehumidifier that was not in stock at the manufacture, but this company did have stock for the model I was after. Ordered online and it arrived by courier a couple of days later, despite having only paid for the 3 to 5 day service. They also kept me up to date on the order progress via email. Cost was slightly more than buying direct from the manufacturer, because I had to pay for the delivery as opposed to free delivery, but Appliance Direct did have it in stock.”

“Happy with tumble dryer however disappointing customer service. Had ordered machine which stated available for delivery the following weekend, however after hearing nothing for over a week I called customer service who told me the machine was now out of stock and someone would call me to arrange a replacement. 2 weeks and 3 calls to appliance direct later and still nothing from them. I ended up having to wait for original machine to come back in stock.”
