“Appalling service - order placed 8th Oct - delivery promised by 19th. Shunted between delivery company who says don’t have order - and this awful company who completely disregard all pleas for help - during lockdown left without a fridge freezer - disgraceful.”

“Iam only wrighting this because appliance direct want me to tell you about my experience, I ordered a bosh cooker on saterday, paid 29 pounds, for next day delivery it came on Tuesday, I wasn't expecting the delivery to be on Sunday, but at least Monday, some people say thay have ordered on Sunday and there item came on Monday, the cooker is fine, but saterday to Tuesday ant next day delivery, and it cost me Twenty Nine quid extra.”

“I ordered a retro fridge freezer. It is Appliance directs own brand. I'm delighted with it. The gentleman who called me about my order was a delight to speak with and told me how AD are a family company and they are proud of their own brand products. I was given a delivery date. I was kept informed and the drivers contacted me on the day with a revised earlier delivery slot. Everything went according to plan. I have no problems with the fridge freezer and I would recommend and buy from them again. Thank you!”

“I order a cooker hood that was a very good price. It was delayed but I think that Covid 19 might have had something to do with that. But Appliance Direct kept me informed. It was an easy process to order. would certainly use them again.”

“Excellent service ordered 2pm Friday , delivered 11:00 the next day Ordered a BBQ so there was a lot riding on the delivery getting there. Arrived early the next day All built and cooking on it on time for guests arrival. Excellent product. Delivery team even put it agg tv tip of the Garden for me so as I didn’t have to struggle to get box out into the Garden. Superb service highly recommended.”

“I found this company on Google and placed my order online as Website was very easy to navigate. Prices very competitive. Confirmation of order was sent promptly by email and estimated time of delivery indicated. Delivery was as promised within 2 days. Purchase was followed up the next day by Appliances Direct team to check service was satisfactory. I cannot fault the service.”
