“Excellent service. Product delivered earlier than I expected. Tracking updates regularly. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Microwave was very reasonably priced and did not find cheaper anywhere else.”

“I found this company online. The showroom doesn’t do the company justice as we hoped to see the items we saw online but ordered at the showroom based on price after visiting Currys who were about 25% more expensive for the same products. We bought a freezer, oven and gas hob. We were offered a delivery slot that suited. The delivery men were both exceptionally polite and offered to unwrap and take the packaging away which was great. A huge thank you to Appliance Direct, we will definitely be using you again and recommending.”

“Excellent service,The. Item was out of stock when ordered,so the delivery date was 2 weeks,They gave me a 2 hr slot and also phoned half hr before delivery,Thankyou,will order from them again.”

“Delivered within specified time. Packaging good condition. Arrived within specified slot, good communication and phone call 10 minutes before delivery. Although the Samsung extractor hood has not been installed yet, looks in tact.”

“The price is good the website is easy to use and the delivery arrived within the time frame quoted. Your delivery men were very polite and friendly, the removal of my old machine was excellent (the men were very careful), they unpacked my new machie in the van and they were careful with that too. I would definitely recommend Appliance Direct”

“I ordered a blue Smeg fridge and the price was at least £300 cheaper than any rival. Great communication prior to delivery - 2 men unwrapped and places fridge in its home in my kitchen - made sure i was satisfied before they left. Great service - great price - what’s not to like !”

“I had ordered and paid for my appliance else where and a month later still being fobbed off about the delivery, I found the same appliance with this company £49.99 cheaper and delivered it in 2 days. Hats off for service, very pleased and will definitely shop here again”

“Not only a bad experience, A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, took delivery of an AmberGlo wall mounted flame effect electric fire, mounted it on the wall, fine. Now this was advertised as a "silent flame effect", WRONG!!! with no other noise in the room, there is a constant whirring, like a train in the distance, ok for 5 minutes but continuously, drives you nuts. The fan is meant to work when the temperature drops below the pre-set temperature of the room, ours will only turn on when the temperature is pre-set to 30c, honestly who'd want a heater going at that temperature? Phoned customer service, held on for 20 mins, cut off. Phoned sales, held on for over 30 mins, gave up. DO NOT BUY THEIR RUBBISH PRODUCTS, ONCE THEY'VE GOT YOUR MONEY, THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED, BE WARNED!!!!!!!!”
