“My Fridge was not holding even temperature, so delighted to find the same model fridge in a newer serial number. Delighted with Customer Service phone call to explain planned delivery date -great to speak to a person. Good communication on day of delivery with friendly driver and mate.”

“We've had a lot of deliveries recently and this service was the best. Choice of delivery date. Excellent communication with 2 hour slot given the day before and a phone call on the day. Unpacking the appliance was standard and the crew collected the old appliance from our kitchen. And the best price also. Would 100% recommend.”

“I had a lovely, well informed lady on the phone, who guided me on the right appliance for my home. Since it was the first time I had purchased an air conditioner, her advice was very important. My order arrived a few days later, well packed, and delivered .I shall use the Company again. Very good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“Simple to order on line I for got to arrange install so rang customer services and again very straight forward. Messaged the night before to say being delivered next day then again messaged with a time slot. The delivery team were very quick and took old appliance and rubbish away. Would defiantly use again and tell my friends. Also although Currys was free delivery your price worked out cheaper with a delivery charge”

“Very poor services. They do not accept returns from customers if customer did not like the product, they expect the customer to pay and arrange for the delivery. It is difficult to arrange the deliver for large items”
