Happy with tumble dryer however disappointing customer service. Had ordered machine which stated available for delivery the following weekend, however after hearing nothing for over a week I called customer service who told me the machine was now out of stock and someone would call me to arrange a replacement. 2 weeks and 3 calls to appliance direct later and still nothing from them. I ended up having to wait for original machine to come back in stock.
